The General Manager of Berbera oil terminal, Mohamed Sidiq Abdillahi (dhamme), participated in the presentation of a technical study prepared by a joint committee of experts and representatives from:

• The Ministry of Commerce and Tourism
• The Ministry of Finance
• The Ministry of Minerals and Energy
• The Ministry of Investment
• The Berbera Oil Terminal (BOT)
• Agency of Energy Commission.

The study focused on finding solutions to the impact of fuel prices on electricity generation and manufacturing industries in the country.

The government stated that this study will address the existing challenges and lead to the development of practical and effective solutions to mitigate the effects of fuel price fluctuations on the energy and industrial sectors.
