The General  Manager of Berbera Oil terminal  (BOT), Mohamed Sidiq Abdillahi (Dhamme), has concluded an advanced training aimed at enhancing the knowledge and managerial competence of the departments within the Berbera Oil terminal.
This training specifically focused on leadership, teamwork, effective communication, and operational planning.
